FROG4U LTD is a graphic and web design business that collaborates with various restaurants, providing them with an online platform to sell their food. We manage websites and payment systems on behalf of the restaurants.

Food Disclaimer
For food hygiene inquiries, please contact the specific restaurant from which you are ordering. FROG4U LTD is not responsible for any food allergies, food preparation, or delivery issues. If you or someone you’re ordering for has food allergies, we have provided the restaurant’s contact details clearly on our website, along with a comment section at checkout. Please notify the restaurant of any allergies, or call them directly using the provided number for prompt and accurate information.

Card Payments and Refunds 
We use Stripe to process payments. Once you place your order through our platform, you will receive an email confirming your order and another email with your delivery window. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe, our payment provider.

If you need a refund, please fill out the form in the complaints section, providing the reason for your refund request. We will review your complaint and make a decision within 24 hours. If a refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account, though it may take longer during bank holidays.

Data Collection 
We collect your name, address, and contact details to provide our service, such as facilitating food delivery. We do not share your information with third-party companies without your permission for any reason.
